Refunds, Real Talk 

We’re all about sparkle and sass here—each item is handmade with love, care, and maybe a little too much glitter. That means sometimes a tiny imperfection or a rogue sparkle might show up. It’s not a flaw, it’s personality, babe.

Glitter Disclaimer: We try to keep glitter in its lane, but it’s a stage-five clinger. Even on “glitter-free” items, a speck or two may sneak in. That’s life in the sparkle zone—and not a reason for a refund.

If there’s a real issue with your order (like oops-level stuff), reach out within 5 days of receiving it so we can chat. After that, we assume you and your item are living happily ever after.

Heads up: If care instructions aren’t followed, we can’t offer a refund or replacement. We craft it, you care for it—that’s the deal. We may be able to repair for a fee, just reach out!

Thanks for understanding that handmade = one-of-a-kind, not factory flawlessness. We keep it real, sparkly, and unapologetically unique—just like you.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Hand wash only
  • Not dishwasher or microwave safe
  • Do not soak the tumbler (dry completely when done washing. Do not leave out to dry on own)
  • Remove rubber bumpers prior to washing. Do not put back on until tumbler is completely dry
  • Avoid excessive temperatures

-Each freshie comes with a warning label on the back of each package. Please follow the label. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur from improper use.

  • Do not consume
  • Do not leave in extreme heat-melting is possible
  • Always hang freshies as to not cause damage to surfaces

-All pens are refillable. When they come with a refill, the refills all come in BLACK ONLY. We are not responsible for damages that occur when you take the pen apart to replace the ink. If you need help on how to properly replace the ink, please reach out and we are happy to share a video! Damaging the pen when refilling is not grounds for a refund/replacement.
